Please Note:
- All our rooms have the same tariff.
- Prices are per person/per night and based upon two adults sharing double/twin room.
- All our rooms have the same tariff. We are unable to take advance bookings for single nights on a weekend.
- Bookings for BH weekends – will usually be for the minimum of three nights.
- Mid-week/weekly tariff is not applicable Easter, Xmas/New year and half term weeks.
- Unfortunately we do not have any single rooms. For single occupancy we therefore charge a room rate, which is the equivalent price of double the B&B rate, less the price of a breakfast.
Children
Price based upon a child sharing room with two adults:

Under 5yrs £15.00
Under 1yr Free
All bookings require a deposit of £20.00 per person, which is non-returnable.
Cancellations within 14 days of booking will be charged at full rate, unless the room is re-let

Inc. sandwich, cake/biscuit, fruit, crisps and drink.
(Flasks filled – no charge.)
Evening Meal
£15.00 - £18.00
A three course evening meal, including tea/coffee is available for group bookings. Please ask for details and sample menus.
