Please Note:
- All our rooms have the same tariff.
- Prices are per person/per night and based upon two adults sharing double/twin room.
- We are unable to take advance bookings for single nights on a weekend.
- Bookings for BH weekends – will usually be for the minimum of three nights.
- Mid-week break/weekly tariff - not applicable Easter, Xmas/New year and half term weeks.
- Unfortunately we do not have any single rooms. For single occupancy we therefore charge a room rate, which is the equivalent price of double the B&B rate, less the price of a breakfast.

Price based upon a child sharing a room with two adults.

All bookings require a deposit equivalent to the price for the first night of the booking, which is non-returnable. Cancellations within 14 days of booking will be charged at full rate, unless the room is re-let (please see full terms and conditions)
