Bookings – a minimum of two nights & three nights on Bank holidays

Single Occupancy – If you are looking for a single room, please call for your options.

Discounts for stays of 3 nights + may not apply to weekends, school holidays or bank holidays.

The Veranda Suite – an additional room in the Veranda can be made available to guests who require separate bedrooms or an extra room for an additional adult or to accommodate a family of 4. The cost for use of the additional room is the Standard advertised rate plus £30 per night.  Plus additional guests at £15 pp

We can also accommodate one child age 12-15years, in the Four Poster room, when sharing a room with two adults at an additional cost of £35.00 pn on the room rate. We cannot accommodate more than 2 adults per room.

These options are only available to direct bookings via phone or email.
For ‘Full House’ bookings (i.e. booking 3 rooms) Please call for special rates, please note a deposit is payable and conditions apply.

Children over 12 years old are welcome.

Cancellation Policy- applies to direct and this website booking only.

For 2021 only – cancellation is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival for stays of up to 3 days ( 1 room). For stays of 4 nights and multiple room bookings cancelation is free up to 14 days.

All Bookings charged at the end of the free cancellation period.

Free Cancellations up to 21 days prior to booking arrival date. For cancellations less than 21 days and  No Shows, the full cost of the booking is chargeable. Reductions to the length of stay, made within 21 days of arrival date will be charged at the full rate of the booking. Bookings may be charged 21 days prior to the date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy for bookings made via 3rd party agents – please see the terms & conditions shown on your booking, or on the booking site prior to booking. Bookings made via 3rd party agents are charged 30 days prior to arrival and are non-refundable.
